Social Enterprise means "A Subject of Social Entrepreneurship", i.e. legal entity or its part or a natural person which fulfills principles of the Social Enterprise; A Social Enterprise is an organization that applies commercial strategies to maximize improvements in human and environmental well-being, rather than maximizing profits for external shareholders.
HFI has been structured as a social enterprise for profit or non profit and has taken a form of a cooperative mutual organization based on social values. HFI is committed to these objectives and motivated by the perception that such commitment will ultimately make HFI as an enterprise more financially viable & valuable. Benefit to their donors and investors, except where they believe that doing so will ultimately further enhance their capacity to realize their social and environmental goals.
Our activities support solidarity, social inclusion and growth of social capital mainly on local level with the maximum respect of sustainable development.
